Baterista de Jazz (para Antonio Sanchez y Rolando P. Alarcon)

Oigo:
        Alguien esta escuchando

Jazz Drummer (for Antonio Sanchez and Rolando P. Alarcon)

I hear:
        Somebody is listening

* * *

Virgilio oye free jazz
         (para Hernan Aaron Remi)

- Me dijo: Quien es Dios?
- Aquel craneo de jade
       desollado
aquel sol desolado...

- Pero es el dios del Ruido - protesto.

- Enciende los inciensos.
Saja la carne viva de humo
el saxofon:
la huella que se evade
esa!
es la Libertad
y sana necedades

Virgil hears free jazz

                        for Hernan Aaron Remi

- He said: Who's God?
- That flayed cranium of jade
That desolated sun . . .

- But that is the god of Noise - he protested

- The saxophone lights up the incenses

Bleeds the living flesh of smoke

That!
the elusive footprint
is Freedom
and it heals blunders
