Dear JJA Member:

If you have not already submitted your JJA Award Nominations, please
do so by tomorrow. You may be getting 1-2 more reminder emails but the
deadline will be firm at midnight, Saturday, March 18th (or 12:01 am PT
Sunday, just to make it clear).

There are many deserving musicians, broadcasters, journalists and
others who are worthy of your time and consideration. Please nominate
up to 5 per category.

Here is a list of last year's categories, which should be identical
for 2006. Please that categories with an asterisk are lifetime awards,
so previous winners are ineligible.

Please send your nominations to jjaballot2006 at yahoo.com,
which is specifically dedicated Jazz Awards nominations.
Please do not use any other email address for sending in your nominations.
All emails other than ballots (or questions about ballots) sent to it will be
deleted.

I will be checking jjaballot2006 at yahoo.com several times throughout this
final day of voting. If you wish an acknowledgement that your ballot was received,
please make that request at the very top of your email.

.
Please sign your name at the top of your ballot so we may verify that
you are indeed eligible to vote.

Please reply in the body of your email instead of attaching a ballot.

Thanks,

Ken Dryden
