A quick note to advise you that the next Jazz Notes copy deadline, August 1,
is approaching.

Please have all materials to me by that date. Do not send press releases;
they will be deleted. If you wish to send a News of Members item, please
follow the format *exactly* as you see it in recent editions of Jazz Notes.
