[jja-announce] Missing JJA Ballot

I left early this afternoon after sending out "the ballot," only to come home to find out the attached rich text file didn't go through with the e-mail. Whit tells me that the listserv doesn't handle attachments well, so we'll work on an alternative. I hope to get it straightened out this weekend. Sorry for the mix-up.
