> In order to show off the talents of the many jazz photographers out there,
> we  would like even more people to participate this year!

> Winner of the Jazz Photo of the Year Award will be announced at the JJA's
> event to be held at the
> Jazz Standard in Manhattan on or about June 15, 2010.

>      All JJA members are invited to nominate their favorite photograph taken
> or first published between
>      March 1, 2009 and March 1, 2010. We recommend that these photos be
> published, 
>      but publication is not required for submission.

>      Photographers of jazz who are not members of the JJA are also encouraged
> to submit, 
>      and their works may be nominated by members.
>      If you¹ve seen a great photograph published during this time period,

>      The Photo of the Year category will have TWO PHASES:
